CHRIS CUOMO’S CORONA PROTOCOL

Purist founder Cristina Cuomo outlines the health and diet regimen followed by her husband, CNN anchor Chris Cuomo, while he battles COVID-19.
Me and Chris with our daughter Bella a few weeks before our uninvited guest arrived.

Every day is a gift. ♥️ So many people are asking how my husband, Chris, is doing and what meds he is taking. After one week of up-and-down stats (during which his fever hit 103°), he is on day 11 today (day one being the first day of symptoms), and seems better, with a temperature of 99°. All week, his oxygen levels were normal and he has maintained his senses of taste and smell. His lungs were X-rayed yesterday and they were clear. Thank you to friends who brought provisions, and for the outpouring of love and humor so many of you have provided—they are the oxygen for these times.

Here is week one’s protocol for Chris. I enlisted Dr. Linda Lancaster (@DrLindaLancaster @LightHarmonics), the author of Harmonic Healing and an energy medicine physician who helped me cure my aggressive Lyme disease last summer (she also treated my mother for her breast cancer 20 years ago). Her training is in Ayurveda, medical radiesthesia, radionics, energy healing, nutrition, herbal medicine and detoxification methods. She has relieved thousands of patients of parasites—worms, bacterial, fungal and viral—using natural protocols and homeopathics. Since this particular virus has no proven remedy (as Lyme does not), the plan we set in place was to use oxygenating herbs to get ahead of the curve and boost Chris’ immune system for the battle ahead. The food plan I outline below was meant to cleanse his liver with whole, vital foods so it can manage the viral die-off and provide him with much-needed energy, which this virus steals. His system has been compromised by years of too many antibiotics and other chronic issues, fatty foods and so forth.

Thirty minutes of sunshine when it is sunny out helps his vitamin D levels. He has also been sitting in the Sunlighten sauna every day, which seems to make him feel better and has helped with his fever. Every day, he has been doing special lung breathing (resonance) exercises, from Dr Sarfaraz Munshi at Queen’s Hospital in London, as well as walking around the yard so he can be off his back and get fluid flowing. Please see this important video for instructions on the breathing exercise here.

🌏 NOTE: This diary begins upon receiving a positive result on a coronavirus test on Monday, March 30. Please consult your own health care provider to discuss treatment options if you have the coronavirus.

CHRIS’ DAILY ANTI-VIRALS, as prescribed by Dr. Lancaster, Light Harmonics Institute, Santa Fe, NM lightharmonics.com

WEEK ONE: MONDAY, MARCH 30-SUNDAY, APRIL 5:

2 AntiViril-3x daily (vegetable capsules with andrographis [above-ground parts], taraxcum [whole plant], lonerica japonica [flower bud])

1 OXO-3x daily (stabilized oxygen, potentized quinine 3x homeopathic dilution prepared in Sac Lac base) “This is a homeopathic preparation of a minuscule amount of Peruvian bark (quinine, aka cinchona officinalis). It’s the same thing that is in tonic water, but that’s often full of sugar, which suppresses the immune system. Doctors are seeing a similar hypoxic event happening with coronavirus that is found in malarial infections. Hypoxia is the lack of oxygen through the destruction of red blood cells,” says Dr. Lancaster, who has been using this homeopathically prepared quinine as an oxygenator for illnesses that require bringing oxygen to the tissues. In her clinical experience, she has been using it for years as a liver cleanser and has found it “useful for Lyme disease and malaria.” She prescribed it here to help alleviate presenting symptoms—the intense pressure in the head, chest pain and intermittent fever—and to oxygenate the liver. This remedy is further explained in the Materia Medica, a book of homeopathic remedies, where one can better understand the activity of quinine in small doses and potencies. “Most medicinal herbs do not cause toxicity. The drug hydroxychloroquine is a pharmaceutical than can have multiple side effects if used for long periods of time. Drugs can be very toxic to the liver and kidneys.” You can ask a pharmacologist or a doctor to better understand this.

3 KappArest-3x daily (an antioxidant and anti-inflammatory formula including curcumin, boswellia, propolis, green tea)

Dr. Linda’s Respiratory Response-1 dropperful 3x a day (derived from passion flower, olive leaf, andrographis and others)

AlkaC-3x daily, in water, AM + PM 6000 mg

Glutathione powder-1 scoop daily, in water

Vitamin D-6000 mg daily

Echinacea/OSHA compound-1 dropper full 3x daily

CoQ (antioxidant that supports nervous system)-1x daily

Homeopathic remedies were given to be taken according to the symptoms he was experiencing. 2 pellets ever 2-3 hours. Stopping when symptom improved.

If fever: Belladonna 30c

If low-grade fever: Baptisia 30c

If achy and restless: Rhus tox 200c

For fear and burning chest: Arsenicum Alb 200c
