The Purist Tent was hosted by Cristina Cuomo, who welcomed close friends Nacho and Delphine Figueras and their sons, Hilario and Artemio, who proudly played alongside their father during the tournament.
Marc and Melissa Ganzi’s son, Grant Ganzi, compete on the St. Regis team. Grant was named MVP of the tournament alongside his horse, Oynx. For the second consecutive year, The Agency claimed the World Snow Polo title.
Purist VIP Tent sponsors included FRAME, Arhaus, Bully Blocker, Stratos Snowmass, Ashley Collins Paintings represented by Aspen Grove Fine Arts, and Avi and Co., with store director Bernil Barthelemy in attendance.
The weekend opened with a stirring national anthem performed by Kelley Jakle, followed by a dramatic moment as a lone rider circled the arena, flag billowing in the winter wind.
Mountain Family Health Centers was the nonprofit beneficiary of a portion of ticket sales, supporting its mission to provide equitable, affordable medical, behavioral and dental care throughout the Roaring Fork Valley.
This year’s World Snow Polo Championships once again set a high bar—and left us eagerly counting down to next year.
