Women’s Health Panel

March 26, 2026

On March 26, The Longevity Salon gathered a curated group of founders and clinicians at Parsley Health in New York City for an intimate evening exploring women’s health. Moderated by Mishal Reja, M.D., the conversation brought together Purist founder Cristina Cuomo; co-founder of The Well and CEO of Happy Being, Sarrah Hallock; and Parsley Health’s Sharagim Kemp, D.O., for a candid, wide-ranging discussion on what it truly means to invest in women’s health.

The evening unfolded around two themes that resonated deeply throughout the room: hormonal health as a cornerstone of longevity, and the gut as a central driver of how women age, feel and function. Panelists explored perimenopause as a critical window for intervention, the metabolic shifts of midlife, and the often-overlooked role of the gut in immunity, mood, hormone metabolism and skin health. The conversation drew a clear and compelling connection between chronic stress, nervous system dysregulation and gut-driven inflammation, while offering insight into what women can meaningfully do in response.

It was exactly the kind of evening we need more of. Women’s health has too often been reduced to a single chapter within a broader narrative, and gatherings like this serve as a reminder of the depth, nuance and urgency the conversation truly holds.

The evening was made possible with the generous support of Khaloworld, Vibrant Wellness, Path Peptides and Sober in Central Park.
