On March 21, Aspen gathered for the fourth annual Aspen Snowball Gala, an unforgettable evening of philanthropy, music, and celebration in support of the Children’s Oncology Support Fund (COSF).
Comedian Chelsea Handler opened the evening with her signature wit, introducing Goldie Hawn—joking that she considers herself the “wannabe love child” of Goldie Hawn and Kurt Russell—before welcoming the beloved actress to the stage.
The gala supports COSF’s mission to advance the development of less-toxic therapies for pediatric cancer patients across the country. Since its inception in January 2023, COSF has raised more than $11 million for pediatric cancer research and wellness programs. The foundation works directly with hospitals and established nonprofit organizations to build partnerships grounded in its core values of transparency, community and relevance.
Guests were treated to memorable performances throughout the evening, including appearances by Rumer Willis, Wilson Phillips and Mojave Grey. Following dinner, the celebration continued with dancing well into the night.
Adding a playful surprise to the evening, each guest found a golden ticket placed atop their dessert—making everyone a winner.
The event was co-chaired by Landen Saks and Shari Liu Fellows, with honorary chairs Rachel Zoe, Wendi McLendon-Covey and William H. Macy. Vice chairs included Scott and Carly Weber, and others who helped bring the evening to life.
Purist was honored to serve as the magazine sponsor for the three-day event that kicked off at the Aspen Art Museum with a live rooftop performance by The Fray. Thoughtfully curated wellness gift bags were also gifted to donors, featuring a selection of elevated essentials from Coco Loco, Luce Divina, Aeston West, Knesko, Obagi and Arey.
Purist also contributed to the silent auction with paintings from artist Olivia Daane, a bejeweled FIS poster from artist Judy Haas, and polo packages from Aspen Valley Polo Club including a player dinner and VIP passes to World Snow Polo 2026 in Aspen.
An extraordinary evening of generosity and celebration—and Aspen is already looking forward to next year’s Aspen Snow Ball.
