Caulipower is giving the freezer aisle a run for its money with two new takes on pizza, bringing more protein—and a little seasonal flavor—to the table. Known for helping bring cauliflower crust into the mainstream, the brand is expanding its lineup with a new High Protein Supreme Pizza, featuring a first-of-its-kind High Protein Gluten Free Crust made with Greek yogurt and cauliflower. This special combination creates a perfectly thin, crispy base while delivering 42 grams of protein and 6 grams of fiber per pizza—no protein powders here.

Topped with classic supreme-style ingredients and made without any artificial flavors or preservatives, Caulipower brings more protein and benefits to familiar comfort foods. Just in time for fall, Caulipower is also leaning into the season with its limited-edition Autumn Squash & Chili Crisp Pizza, playfully called “Sweater Weather.”

Built on the signature thin-and-crispy cauliflower crust, the pizza layers roasted autumn squash and shaved Brussels sprouts with creamy white sauce, mozzarella and savory cheeses, finished with the spicy, umami-rich kick of chili crisp. Think fall comfort food with a little more edge than the season’s ubiquitous pumpkin spice. “At Caulipower, our job is to keep raising the bar for convenient offerings through meaningful innovation,” says founder Gail Becker. “And these latest innovations do precisely that—from a first-of-its-kind high-protein pizza crust combining the protein of Greek yogurt with the power of veggies to a limited-edition pizza just for fall.” The Autumn Squash & Chili Crisp Pizza will be available exclusively at Whole Foods Market from September 2-November 3.

Since launching its original cauliflower crust pizza in 2017, Caulipower has continued to rethink classic comfort foods through vegetable-forward ingredients, expanding into chicken tenders, pizza bites, single-serve meals and more. Its latest launches offer two more reasons to keep an eye on the frozen aisle this fall.
