From Blockage to Flow

How silence healed my heart

I am a wife, a playful mother to a kitten, a committed CEO, and an executive mindset and fascia flexibility coach who has spent the past 16 years devoted to one mission: helping professional athletes and high-performing executives keep their bodies healthy.

In the process, I learned that desires without connection create deep blockages that prevent us from staying healthy and living a limitless life.

My journey began at 8 years old, when a gymnastics injury and medical negligence nearly took my life. Two surgeries, a massive hematoma and a blood clot taught me something I’ve trusted ever since: The body is always speaking. Listening, however, is a skill we need to learn.

I grew up inside intensity, dysfunction, discipline and achievement. I became one of the first female flexibility and recovery coaches in professional sports, working across the PGA and NFL, helping others perform at the highest level while living inside an “unbreakable” identity of my own.

The most transformative year of my life was 2025. It wasn’t what I wanted, but it was what I needed. A heart CT scan with contrast revealed 80 percent blockage in my LAD artery—the “widowmaker.” I had no symptoms, just higher cholesterol and a strong family history.

What shifted everything was not more strategy, but a return to the body—the one home we are fully in control of.

The very tools I had created for athletes and executives, including a patent-pending low vibroacoustic therapy stool designed to support nervous, fascial and vascular communication, became central to my own healing. I moved from blockage to flow, not by forcing change, but by getting to know myself in silence and restoring mind-heart coherence.

To the doctor’s surprise, within a year, I holistically eliminated all my soft plaque in my LAD artery without statins or stents.

I have lived both sides of high performance: relentless drive and embodied self-leadership. I want to guide people back into connection so they can lead and live without burnout.

No one is broken. No one needs to be sick. At some point, we simply become disconnected. Let’s connect at Resync Your Body: resyncyourbody.com; resyncproducts.com
