The only boulangerie in the Hamptons has rechristened its beloved restaurant, welcoming a longtime fixture on New York’s restaurant scene, Melissa O’Donnell, as its new culinary director.
Together, O’Donnell’s culinary vision and the restaurant’s enduring commitment to craftsmanship create a dining experience centered around lifestyle, exceptional cuisine and, of course, the perfect baguette. Armin and Judy’s whimsical wine cellar and bakery dessert selection define the experience, while dining room captain Jelena Djurovic ensures every visit feels seamless and memorable.
Hidden behind the restaurant, The Boulangerie Café Grocer offers a daily repertoire of naturally fermented breads, exquisite handmade viennoiserie and curated European and American delicacies. Warm restocks arrive throughout the day as the bakery’s team works through the night to bring each loaf to life.
Guests can dine outdoors alongside French Marans, Blue Eggers and Americana chickens, enjoy a game of pétanque, sip coffee, wine or beer, or simply pick up a baguette and croissant to go. Arriving early is recommended.
