Guild Hall’s longstanding series “Stirring the Pot” with New York Times Food & Wine writer Florence Fabricant kicked-off for the 11th season on Sunday, August 7 at the newest Montauk location of Brooklyn hot-spot Roberta’s Pizza. Fabricant interviewed owner Brandon Hoy while Chef Terra Rubio and Xander Britton shared their technique for making fresh mozzarella. After the lively conversation, attendees were treated to an endless pizza lunch, and were sent home with a Roberta’s gift bag and cookbook, Citarella biscotti, and a Goldbelly gift card. “Stirring the Pot: Offsite” continues August 21 at Sagaponack Farm Distillery and August 28 at Hayground School with Chef Eric Ripert.
