Celebrate Fall in Southampton

The SouthamptonFest is back after a two-year hiatus with food, art, music and dance.
Complimentary refreshments at the SouthamptonFest from 6:30 to 8:30 pm.

A weekend of carefully curated art, crafts, and music returns as the SouthamptonFest makes its comeback after a two-year hiatus. On offer for festivalgoers is a variety of art, both to experience and to purchase. The Southampton Artists Association, Southampton African American Museum, Southampton Arts Center and Peter Marino Art Foundation are either offering discounted prices, augmented reality tours, or special exhibits on show that bring awareness to the history and richness of the environment we live in. The Gilded Age Mansion and museum grounds at the Southampton History Museum will also be decked out to celebrate the spooky season.

Some standout events include the inaugural cocktail party at Agawam Park on Friday, September 30, complete with live music by Coverland, complimentary beer and wine from 6:30-8:30PM, and a cash bar until 9:30PM sponsored by the Southampton Rotary Club. The Southampton Cultural Center’s sixth annual Wine and Roses Gala on Saturday, October 1, is a ticketed event that includes dinner, wine, cocktails, live entertainment and a silent auction.

This year’s SouthamptonFest will also feature musical acts like Next Level Band and Gene Casey and The Lone Sharks, in Agawam Park through the weekend. Attendees can look forward to an Art + Design Walk, an exploration of unique design shops and art galleries in the Village.  On the last day of the festival, the popular Southampton Chamber of Commerce Farmers and Artisans Market runs from 9AM-3PM. southamptonvillage.org
