On June 24, Montauk restaurant and hotel The Surf Lodge hosted the first dinner of the Mexican Sobremesa series—an eclectic monthly lineup showcasing elevated gastronomy, art and design from Mexico, set along the Hamptons’ stunning coastline. Guests enjoyed eats by Chef Guillermo J Goméz, lead chef at Sage Baja in Mexico.

Each dinner to follow will feature bespoke four-course meals crafted with Mexican tradition by three renowned chefs, along with a carefully- elected, premium and small-batch Casa Dragones tequila pairing. The Surf Lodge and gastronomic concierge consultancy Masediba will be raising funds for Saira Hospitality, contributing to the creation of culinary schools for underserved communities in Mexico. casadragones.com/us
