1 tablespoon chia seeds
1 tablespoon hemp seeds
¼ cup berries
½ teaspoon vanilla extract
1 tablespoon unflavored collagen powder
1 teaspoon raw honey
1 cup milk of choice. I prefer walnut or almond milk by Elmhurst or almond milk from Three Trees Organic or Malk. Other good choices are Macadamia nut milk and hemp milk.
1 teaspoon bee pollen (optional)
- Combine chia seeds, hemp seeds, vanilla and milk in a glass mason jar or other sealable glass container.
- Mix well.
- Put in the fridge overnight.
- Top with berries and bee pollen.
- Nice add-ons are walnuts or pecans for an added brain boost!
