Meet Miami’s latest development project, fueled by holistic design and revolutionizing real estate: The Well, with locations across the world, has launched its first-ever immersive wellness residence—a serene sanctuary in which to live, work and play. When construction is complete in 2025, the eight-story waterfront condominiums—ranging from 924 to 3,291 square feet—will have 54 bespoke residences with over 22,000 square feet of amenities, including East-meets-West health treatments and programs, a 102,000-square-foot office building and a state-of-the-art fitness center.

All aspects of The Well are crafted with healthy living in mind. “These features collectively create an environment that truly helps The Well Bay Harbor Islands community make wellness part of their every day,” says The Well co-founder and chief operating officer Sarrah Hallock.

Guests, residents and office tenants can benefit from The Well’s holistic approach, with air- and water-purification systems, weekly juice programs, annual health coaching sessions, full-service wellness concierge support, a wide range of fitness classes, and exclusive benefits across all of the brand’s locations.

For those valuing optimal well-being and productivity, The Well provides residents with thoughtfully curated spaces to stimulate the senses. The traditional notion of an office space is reimagined. Think: an uplifting social space with food and beverage service, gathering areas and the option to book micro-treatments.

The highly trained care team seamlessly integrates modern medicine and ancient healing practices across five pillars of well-being: food and nutrition, movement and performance, mind and spirit, body and skin care, and lifestyle and community. Guests can decompress at the ultramodern wellness and fitness center, and partake in guided thermal experiences such as steam rooms, saunas and baths.

The restorative working and living spaces, designed by Arquitectonica and outfitted by the award-winning Meyer Davis, blend modernism with functionality, and draw inspiration from the natural beauty of its surroundings. “The Well Bay Harbor Islands is designed to prioritize the needs and experiences of the people who live and work here, which is why Arquitectonica was such a great partner for this project,” says Hallock. “They place strong emphasis on creating spaces that enhance well-being and comfort, integrating features like abundant natural light, efficient use of space, ergonomic considerations and seamless connections to the surrounding environment—all important elements of our design standards, and things that are proven to have a positive impact on well-being.” At home, residents can expect thoughtful holistic touch points, such as mindful meditation nooks, bedroom aromatherapy diffusers, built-in red light therapy panels and a therapeutic soaking tub with wildcrafted herbal bouquets.

“Whatever your needs, we believe sometimes the smallest of details can have the biggest impact on how you feel mentally, physically or emotionally,” says Hallock. “That’s why we approach everything we do—no matter how small—as if it could be the missing piece on your wellness journey.” thewellbayharbor.com
