Located right across the street from the Silver Queen Gondola in Aspen, Miller Sports is one of the world’s finest ski stores. Founded by Bill Miller and Ted Davenport in 2013, the establishment quickly earned a reputation for impeccable customer service and its luxury product offerings. In 2019, the duo opened their second location, bringing their passion for curated designer skiwear and hard goods to Vail Valley. You’ll find some of the best European brands here—Toni Sailer (Miller Sports boasts the continent’s largest selection), Jet Set, Fusalp and Cordova are shop favorites—and top-tier mountain tech from the likes of Elevenate, The Mountain Studio and Peak Performance. Many of the lines they carry are exclusive to them, including the German-based Casco helmets, which are only sold at Miller Sports in all of North America.
Combining decades of ski and ski retail knowledge, Miller and Davenport took things up a notch and created their own brand, Miller Skis, in 2018. “We wanted to create a ski brand that went hand in hand with our skiwear—something exclusive, super-premium and, of course, handmade in Austria,” says Davenport.
