Cycling meets recovery at Bohemian Bier Spa in Glenwood Springs for the Best Buddies Bike Ride—an afternoon built around outdoor movement, full-body restoration and community gathering. Doors open at 4PM, with riders scheduled to set out at 5PM for a one-hour group ride before returning to the spa for refreshments and post-ride recovery from 6PM to 8PM.
Housed in a renovated 140-year-old building in historic downtown Glenwood Springs, Bohemian Bier Spa brings the Czech tradition of beer bathing to the Roaring Fork Valley, pairing private beer soaks with sauna therapy. For the event, guests can book a 20-minute sauna session for $25, a 30-minute soak for $50 or settle in for a full 60-minute soak for $80. Special offerings include a $300 couples soak-buddy package, recovery gift baskets and gift cards.
The ride gives locals and visitors an excuse to experience the spa in a more social setting: get outside, work up a sweat, then trade the bike for a soak or sauna. Bohemian Bier Spa will provide the evening’s refreshments and recovery, with 15 percent of all proceeds benefiting Best Buddies.
