Born in St. Tropez and raised in Aspen, Entourage Rosé captures the art of laid-back sophistication in each bottle. Cultivated in the French Riviera and boasting a AO-Côtes de Provence designation (which represents the highest level of quality amongst French Rosé wines), the blush-toned bottles are as elevated as they are approachable.

One of its most beloved rituals—the “Rosé à la Piscine”—is a playful tradition said to be coined by Brigitte Bardot and Gunter Sachs while vacationing on the French coast. Inspired by the oversized glassware used to serve it, Bardot likened her chilled pour to a piscine (the French word for swimming pool).

How to craft your own Rosé à la Piscine ritual:

1) Start with good wine: any Rosé that is dry yet aromatic and barely pink in hue will build a refreshing Piscine.

2) Add ice to chilled wine: the aim of the Piscine is not for the ice to initially chill down the wine in your glass, it’s to maintain its chill for as long as possible.

3) Pick the perfect vessel: piscine can be enjoyed in any glass, though larger more bulbous glassware is most commonly used in the South of France. drinkentourage.com
