The Purist founder Cristina Cuomo and Bal Harbour Shops gathered an intimate circle of women at Cuomo’s private Hamptons residence on August 13 for an afternoon designed around restoration and connection. The afternoon began with a sound bath led by Erika Halweil, offered as a nervous system reset, into a seasonal summer lunch catered by Tastings, with cocktails by Casa Dragones and Seraphim Social flowing throughout.
Singer and songwriter Bella V serenaded the group with a live acoustic performance outdoors. Guests including Kelly Posner, Fern Mallis, Mary Alice Stephenson, Susan Breitenbach and Dr. Roxanna Namavar, among others, received gift bags from Bal Harbour Shops and Lululemon, with Nicolas Air serving as a generous partner for the event.
The afternoon was part of Bal Harbour Shops’ broader week of Hamptons programming. Founded in 1965 by Stanley Whitman as America’s first all-luxury open-air shopping center, the family-owned Miami destination has long been known for its focus on curated experiences.
