And for a different sort of replenishing, after a class at the onsite SoulCycle or a private training session at the first-ever Spartan Gym, take a seat at celebrated vegan chef Matthew Kenney’s Planthouse, which opened in March. His plant-based delicacies—like the Bahn Mi wrap loaded with ginger-roasted eggplant and lentil pate or the Zucchini Noodle Bowl with pistachio pesto and cashew ricotta—are a revelation.
